Apple Strudel
There are many versions of apple strudels recipes, and I like this one the most because you get to enjoy this traditional dessert that is actually not so bad for you. This is my kind of dessert! The thin layers of phyllo dough give it soft crunch on the outside leading to the warm apples filling on the inside.
Chicken Soup
Nothing says “home” like the aroma of chicken soup that has been cooking on the stove for hours. It reminds me so much of my childhood and my Mom’s kitchen.
Heavenly Coconut Macaroons
This version of the all-time favorite coconut macaroons is simple to make and contains only unrefined and wholesome ingredients.
Tahini Sauce
Home made tahini is so good! I often make a batch and store it in the fridge in a couple of jars. We use it on chicken and meat, as a spread in a sandwich, or dip a vegetable or pita chips in it for a healthy dip! This plant based dip is loaded with nutrients and very versatile!
